Shorewood Villas in Hilton Head Guests can only register at the welcome center, which is located at 27C Coligny Plaza. See Location section for details.

The Shorewood Villas are individually owned condo-style units, in a three-building complex, on the Atlantic Ocean. A water park and miniature golf course are across the street, and Van Der Meer Tennis Center is three blocks away. The resort offers a seasonal oceanfront pool and children’s pool, and provides complimentary access to a nearby health club with exercise equipment, sauna, steam room, and racquetball. Parking is free.

Beach ViewCheck-in is located at the R.H. Realty and Rentals office. Guests arriving after 6 PM must contact the villas to arrange key pickup. The phone number will be included in the reservation confirmation. The key box outside the office will contain the keys, map, and pertinent check-in information. Key-box code must be obtained directly through the villas after booking a reservation through this Web site.

Room Information

Shorewood Rooms This hotel offers 200 guestrooms in three, five-story buildings with elevators and exterior corridors. Individually owned condo-style units have master bedrooms with one king or one queen bed, and additional bedrooms with various bed configurations. Villas offer full kitchens, washers and dryers, and at least one TV and phone. All have private oceanfront balconies. Housekeeping is available upon request, at additional fee.
